All inclusive rates are as follows:

Each additional person over the age of 4, $3 per person, per day.
Plus applicable state and county taxes.
These rates include electricity, water, sewer, cable TV, high-speed wireless internet, pool, recreation room, and all other on-site facilities at no additional fee.

Cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be made 1 week prior to reservation or one night will be charged.
Holiday reservations require 1 week cancellation or three nights will be charged. (Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July)
